Coaching & Group Facilitation Offerings

Leadership Coaching and Group Facilitation

Through developing a trusting relationship and the use of reflective practices, my goal as a Leadership and Performance Coach is to help you develop both the self-awareness and the self-assuredness to make choices that capitalize on your strengths and align with your values, while reaching peak performance and growing as leaders on your team and in your life.

I work with both established and emerging/developing leaders, as well as individuals navigating transition, parents, students, and young adults. I have a particular interest in working with individuals doing service work (healthcare workers, counselors, educators, non-profit leaders, etc.) to help build resilience and prevent burnout. I have a master’s degree in Professional Psychology and I am currently going through a formal certification program as a Leadership and Performance/Executive Coach through the ACT Program at Brown University. I am also a trained mindfulness teacher through Mindful Schools and a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200).
