Liza Ruggiero graduated summa cum laude from Tufts University with a BA in clinical psychology and child development. While at Tufts, she played on the Varsity field hockey team and was the starting defender and team MVP on the 2012 NCAA Division III National Championship team. Liza later went on to earn her MA in professional psychology from William James College. She has over 10 years of experience in a variety of facilitation, coaching, counseling, and teaching roles and has supported numerous adolescents and adults in making choices that capitalize on their strengths and promote their wellbeing.
